The Sunday Brunch begins with a bountiful spread of fresh seafood, including Cold Poached Alaskan Crab Legs and Boston Lobster, Blue Mussels, Razor Clams and Prawns displayed on the Crustacean Bar at the Verandah.

For oyster lovers, The Manor has carefully curated a selection of freshly shucked oysters served at the Oyster Bar including Gillardeau Oysters, Fine de Claire Oysters and Daniel Sorlut Oysters from France, Coffin Bay Oysters from Australia and Kumamoto Oysters from Japan. 

Aside from seafood, fresh garden greens, cold cuts and an assortment of fine cheese can also be found on the antipasti table alongside beautifully prepared cured fish including Tuna Ceviche, Citrus Cured Salmon and Beetroot Cured Salmon served with Caper and Red Onion Relish Toasted Mini Bagels – a classic combination not to be missed.The brunch journey continues with some lobster delights including Lobster Egg Nouvelle, Robata Grilled Boston Lobster Roll with XO Sauce, Boston Lobster Thermidor with Morel Ragout, and Boston Lobster Bisque boiled for hours to bring out the ultra-rich flavor of lobster.

Guests can expect a wide option of hot dishes from carving stations featuring perfectly grilled Italian Fassone Beef and Roast Whole Suckling Pig to freshly made delicacies like Teppanyaki Angus Beef Sirloin and Seared Foie Gras. Further elevating this brunch are artfully created pass-around signatures such as Ocean Trout Ceviche with Oyster Tartar and Hokkaido Scallop with Cantonese Cheese Sauce.

Finishing off on a sweet note, The Manor has prepared a medley of desserts such as Croquembouche, Dulce de Leche Chocolate Cake and Crème Brulee with Cinnamon and Caramel. Enticing desserts like miso ice-cream and pannacotta will also be passed around the tables for guests to relish.

Available from 12pm to 3.30pm, The Manor’s Sunday Brunch is priced at HKD/MOP488+* per adult with unlimited wines, punches and sangrias, juices and soft drinks. Dining is complimentary for children aged five years and under, while children aged 12 years or under receive a 50% discount. SPG Members enjoy 20% discount.
