Kick off your midday escape with Flavours by the River, a series of globally inspired lunch sets available from 12pm–3pm daily. Priced from just S$15++ to S$28++, the options include a hearty Thai Tiffin with basil chicken and Tom Yam rice, a satisfying Chinese Tiffin with crispy lemon chicken and ngoh hiang, and a flavour-packed Japanese Bento starring chicken katsu. Western comfort is also on offer with Josper-grilled chicken and mash, while a uniquely local touch is served through the Yong Tau Foo Set, paired with clear soup or laksa broth.
Guests may enjoy their lunch indoors or alfresco by the river, with 10% off for Robertson Quay professionals and residents.
From 3pm–5pm, afternoons become a refined affair with the hotel’s Elevated Afternoon Tea, spotlighting a bespoke tea blend, The Waterfront Orchid, created exclusively with Pryce Tea. This aromatic oolong blend is accompanied by a free-flow scone trolley serving classic buttermilk scones and the signature Millennium Earl Grey Tea-Infused Scone.

As dusk falls, The Lobby Lounge reinvents itself as a Japanese-style street dining experience with Riverside Izakaya Nights. From 5pm–10pm daily, guests can tuck into grilled skewers and small plates such as wagyu beef with shoyu, unagi teriyaki, gyoza, and prawn wrapped in bacon.
