Situated in a stunning green-filled glasshouse, Eden Restaurant at Pullman Singapore Orchard is the ultimate antidote for the frenetic energy of Orchard Road. Making a statement with modern Asian culinary artistry, every taste, sight, scent, and sound infused into the Eden experience transports gourmands across Asia through refined, reimagined dishes that pay homage to Asian heritage. That’s not all, you get to enjoy complimentary parking from 11am to 2pm, and complimentary parking with a minimum spend of $20 from 2pm to 11pm.

For The Beginning, guests can delight in vibrant and fresh appetizers such as the Tuna Ceviche with Ikura ($26++), golden brown Eden Crab Cakes ($26++) or Thai Papaya Salad ($18++). The Tuna Ceviche with Ikura draws inspiration from the Koi Pla, a beloved raw fish salad from northeast Thailand. This dish features high-quality yellowfin tuna that has been marinated in a citrus-based mixture, which gives it a bright and refreshing flavour. It is served with a creamy coconut sauce that has been infused with kaffir lime leaves, adding a subtle floral note; the use of finger lime adds a burst of citrusy flavour, while the addition of ikura (salmon roe) brings a pop of brininess to balance out the dish. The result is a creation that is both exotic and unique, showcasing the delicate flavors of the tuna.

A fusion of traditional crab cakes and elements of Asian cuisine, the succulent, golden brown Eden Crab Cakes are made with a mix of herbs and spices that elevate the dish to a whole new level of taste and texture. The delectable chili-lime aioli gives a zesty kick, perfectly complementing the sweetness of the crab meat.

During The Journey, popular mains include the likes of Satay Lamb Rack ($40++), Chef’s delicious take on the traditional favourite Lamb Satay. The lamb racks are marinated in a fragrant blend of spices and seasonings to create an irresistible, yet familiar flavour, then gilled to perfection. For the perfect pairing, this juicy racks are served with charred broccolini, adding a touch of smokiness and a satisfying crunch to the dish. We’ve created a homemade peanut sauce that perfectly complements the lamb and broccolini.

Also in the spotlight is the Salmon Spicy Coconut ($32++), a delicacy that embodies a harmonious blend of the earthy flavors of Asia and the exotic spices of the tropics. Imagine perfectly seared, tender salmon swimming in a pool of spicy coconut curry sauce, with a crispy skin that crackles under your fork. Each bite of the tender salmon is like a journey through the layers of flavors, starting with the delicate, flaky texture of the fish, followed by the bold heat of the spices, and ending with the luxurious creaminess of the coconut milk.

Other crowd pleasers to look forward to include the Steamed Altantic Cod Fillet ($38++), Grilled Coriander & Garlic Chicken ($30++) and Crusted Grilled Pork ($34++). 

The adventure heightens at The Destination section of the menu with the juicy grain-fed Szechuan T-Bone Steak ($138++ for 2 people) – perfect for adventurous diners who love bold and exciting flavours. The Szechuan T-Bone Steak is a masterpiece of culinary art, crafted with quality Grain Fed Beef and marinated with a homemade blend of exotic Szechuan spices. As you savor the juicy tenderness of the beef, you’ll experience an explosion of flavors that are perfectly balanced and harmonized. Each succulent bite is a symphony of sweet and savory notes, accompanied with a tingling sensation.

To round off the meal, The Sweet Memories include signature desserts such as the White Sesame Hokkaido Milk Puff ($16++), where fried sesame puffs are filled with creamy Hokkaido milk and served with lemon curd. Alternatively, indulge in the Coconut Pandan Tart ($14++) accompanied by kaffir lime ice cream, or the refreshing Lemongrass & Ginger Jelly ($12++).

The adventure at Eden Restaurant continues with well-crafted cocktails that pay homage to Asian traditions. The cocktail programme has been designed in partnership with Orientalist Spirits; marrying their artisanal spirits from the Orient with the finest regional ingredients. In addition to the A La Carte menu, a 2-course Set Lunch is available – priced at $35++ for a choice of main, dessert and a refreshing drink.
