Opening on 9 July 2025, this whimsical pâtisserie-turned-restaurant unveils Fine Crumbs, a gourmet bun concept that taps into Asia’s current obsession with inventive bakes, alongside a sleek new dining menu designed for indulgent, all-day meals. Known for its cottagecore charm and exquisite viennoiseries, Alice’s second outlet marks its evolution from café darling to full-fledged lifestyle destination, merging artisanal baking with contemporary cuisine in a storybook-worthy setting.
Inspired by the gourmet bun wave sweeping through Korea, China and Japan, Fine Crumbs is Alice’s playful take on the trend. Each soft, chewy bun is handcrafted with premium Japanese flour using the traditional Yudane method, fermented naturally for 12 hours and baked without additives, resulting in cloud-soft textures with deep, nuanced flavour.
