Paying homage to tradition, look forward to a selection of Cantonese-style mooncakes in familiar flavours such as the Plain White Lotus and White Lotus with Single or Double Yolks. The classic Plain White Lotus mooncake has a filling made of lotus seed paste that is smooth, lightly sweet and encased with a perfectly baked skin. Meanwhile, the White Lotus with Single or Double Yolks is the all-time favourite which balances out the sweetness of the paste with the saltiness of the yolks.

Those who are looking for something more but want to retain the tastes of the classics can opt for the Osmanthus White Lotus. A modern take on the Plain White Lotus which is fragrant with subtle floral notes from the Osmanthus flowers, complementing the lotus paste filling. The baked collection will not be complete without the Traditional Mixed Nuts mooncake. Comprising a mixture of nuts and seeds such as walnuts and almonds, it is the mooncake of choice for an added crunch and texture in every bite.
