From indulgent party brunches and celebrity chef showcases to playful chocolate tributes and adrenaline-pumping cocktails, the integrated resort invites you and your loved ones to fuel up in style. This September and October, dining at Marina Bay Sands is not just about the food — it is a full-throttle celebration of flavour, festivity, and Formula 1.
Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer leads the race with the return of The Chairman Burger (S$29++), a favourite of co-founder Chris Barish. Expect bold layers of provolone, mortadella, salami, olive giardiniera, and garlic aioli atop a prime beef patty. Come October, switch lanes with the Hot Chicken Sandwich (S$23++), packed with spicy black garlic chilli seasoning and hot chilli oil.
Pair your meal with The Podium Lager (S$18++), a red lager brewed in collaboration with local brewery Brewlander, or head to Black Tap’s F1-themed pop-up bar, running from 3 to 5 October, where beer ambassadors and race-ready vibes await.
From 29 September to 5 October, Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay gets in on the action with free-flow San Martino Prosecco at just S$30++ (with any main course). Sit back with waterfront views and signature dishes like Iberico Pork Chop or Sliced Beef Wellington.
Do not miss the Pit Stop cocktail (S$20++), a tropical mix of Malibu, mezcal, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and coconut pineapple foam — a refreshing antidote to the track’s heat.
LAVO Singapore brings back its iconic Party Brunch with a Race Weekend Edition on 4 October from 12pm to 4pm. Perched 57 storeys high, the brunch features roaming stilt walkers, free-flow champagne, wood-fired pizzas, race-themed desserts, and a live set by international DJ Gil Glaze.

Celebrate race day elegance on 5 October with a special lunch at Maison Boulud, hosted by Chef Daniel Boulud himself. At S$150++ per person, the seasonal menu features Crispy Langoustine, Tarama Tartlet, Saint-Jacques with scallop and sea urchin, and your choice of Dover Sole or Wagyu Beef Duo.
Complete the experience with the dessert Mango Vacherin and L’essence de Circuit cocktail (S$26++), available from 1 September to 15 October.
From 22 September to 19 October, Miracle Coffee shifts into high gear with the “DRS” — a fizzy espresso-based citrus soda that embodies the adrenaline of the track. Zippy, bold and tropical, it is your perfect race-weekend pick-me-up.
Mott 32 presents a trio of race-inspired cocktails, available 15 September to 12 October (S$28++ each). Choose from the tart Crimson Pit, floral Palace Breeze, or zesty Ginger Grid. Each cocktail delivers drama in both flavour and presentation — just like the Grand Prix.
Pastry goes playful at Origin + Bloom, where the Squid Ink Racing Wheel Bagel (S$5 nett) and Gula Melaka Racing Car (S$10 nett) bring race season energy to every bite. The Mortadella & Provolone Sandwich and Neapolitan Pasta au Gratin (both S$16 nett) offer savoury satisfaction.
For dessert, go all out with the Vintage Formula 1 Chocolate Legacy (S$138 nett), or try your hand at the DIY Chocolate Car Kit (S$108 nett) — a delicious take-home project.
RISE kicks off Oktoberfest from 19 September to 1 October with Chef Erich Sollböck’s hearty Bavarian classics — from crispy pork knuckle and prime rib to apple strudel and Black Forest cake. Lunch starts from S$72++, dinner from S$98++.
On 5 October, savour a special F1-themed buffet (S$158++) with highlights like Salmon Coulibiac, Lamb Rack, Debal Curry and Prawn Bostador. The Beer Garden Breeze cocktail (S$18) adds a refreshing finish.
From 22 to 28 September, Spago and CUT by Wolfgang Puck mark Negroni Week with Perfect Negronis (S$27++) and limited-time twists to support the Slow Food movement.
From 1 to 5 October, Spago introduces The Prancing Horse, a bold red tribute to Scuderia Ferrari, featuring Tanqueray Gin, blackcurrant and cherry. The perfect sundown toast for F1 fans.
The Club at Marina Bay Sands joins the celebration with a 1-for-1 cocktail promotion all October. Try the herbaceous Brickyard Breeze or the tropical Victory Lap — each drink priced at S$22++ and crafted to capture the spirit of the race.
At Waku Ghin, truffle season hits its peak in September with Australian black winter truffles taking centre stage. Dishes include scallops with truffle-lemon dressing and abalone in oyster sauce risotto — available as part of the Chef’s Table menu.
