This festive season, Man Fu Yuan at InterContinental Singapore invites you to immerse yourself in one of the most opulent dining experiences in Chinese culinary history: the return of the Manchu-Han Imperial Feast. A regal 24-course journey inspired by Emperor Kangxi’s legendary 66th birthday celebration, the feast offers a rare glimpse into palace cuisine once reserved for royalty and nobility.
From 1 November to 30 December 2025, guests can book this once-in-a-lifetime experience for S$2,888++ per table of 10. Limited to just ten tables throughout the season, the dinner is hosted within the elegant Man Fu Yuan dining room, known for its refined interiors and award-winning Cantonese fare. Expect an evening of immersive storytelling where an elegant cultural programme of Chinese music, traditional dance, and live calligraphy matches imperial cuisine.
Presented over six thematic chapters, the banquet features rare delicacies and intricate techniques passed down through generations. Curated by Executive Chinese Chef Aaron Tan, a veteran chef with over two decades of fine-dining experience, the feast showcases time-honoured Manchu and Han flavours elevated for the modern gourmand.
Chapter 1: Imperial Treasures
Chapter 2: Harmony of Land & Sea
Chapter 3: Imperial Garden

As the dishes unfold, guests are treated to a series of cultural performances—elegant Chinese dance, melodic instrumental music, and live calligraphy demonstrations. Each element is designed to mirror the grandeur of historical banquets once held in the Forbidden City. The décor at Man Fu Yuan reflects the occasion, with silk table runners, porcelain centrepieces, and imperial touches inspired by Qing dynasty palaces.
