Sundays Reimagined: Grand Hyatt Le Pristine Brunch & Supper

Share Article

Weekends just got a little more delicious at Orchard. From 7 September 2025, Le Pristine Singapore at Grand Hyatt Singapore launches two new ways to bookend your Sundays — with a playful European brunch by day and a comfort-driven supper by night. Helmed by celebrated chef Sergio Herman, formerly of 3 Michelin-starred Oud Sluis, these new experiences blend familial warmth with modern elegance, giving you and your loved ones a reason to savour the weekend, slowly and in style.

Sunday Brunch: Playful, Lavish, Unexpected

From 12pm to 3pm, Sundays at Le Pristine are a celebration of abundance and flair. Priced at S$135 per person, brunch features a seafood bar (think Irish Mor oysters, tuna, gambero rosso), handcrafted cold plates, live stations serving ravioli ricotta verbena and barbecue gambero, and a sweet finish with tiramisu, soft-serve and chocolate tart. Add on a 2.5-hour free-flow package from S$50, including Bloody Marys, spritzes, Negroni flasks and French wines, or go full luxe with Dom Pérignon.

Sunday Supper: Comfort With Culinary Soul

From 6pm to 9pm, Sundays shift into something warmer. At S$125 per person, supper expands on the brunch experience with plated mains like Sergio’s Father’s Fish Soup, seafood orecchiette, chicken vol-au-vent, and lamb with eggplant. Dessert returns in full force — soft-serve, mignardises, and plated delights to end the week on a sweet note. The energy is quieter, the flavours deeper, and the atmosphere distinctly familial.

Curated Beats, Elevated Vibes

To accompany the flavour journey, Le Pristine debuts a signature DJ programme curated by DJ Eden YC. Expect a genre-blend of jazz, funk, soul and R&B — three sets built around “Uplifting,” “Soulful,” and “Hopeful” moods. Whether it is Sunday brunch energy or the evening’s slow unwind, the soundscape is designed to make every moment linger.

Part of Singapore Food Festival 2025

From 4 to 24 September, Le Pristine joins the Singapore Food Festival with a tasting menu priced at S$180++. Expect signature dishes like Chilli King Crab Pizzette, Sergio’s Fish Soup, and a reimagined Baba “Singapore Sling” dessert. Wine pairing options are available, including a non-alcoholic flight.

Book Your Next Ritual

Whether it is a long brunch with friends or an intimate Sunday supper to close your weekend, Le Pristine invites you to slow down and stay awhile. Experience food that celebrates memory, heritage, and modern indulgence.
