YENNEY launches the city’s first Vietnamese Omakase. Available from 3 November 2025, this chef-curated tasting menu offers a rare culinary journey through the refined flavours of Northern Vietnam, reinterpreted with modern finesse and a touch of French inspiration. Long known for its affordable Vietnamese fare, YENNEY now elevates the dining game with an intimate Omakase experience priced at S$39++ per person (minimum two to dine). Set within the landscaped interior of Marina One East Tower, diners will uncover Hanoi’s rich culinary heritage, from hand-rolled spring rolls to silky egg coffee, all reimagined for the modern palate.

A Graceful Prelude: Three Bites of Hanoi

The journey begins with a trio of appetisers: the crisp Hanoi Fried Spring Roll, filled with minced pork and fragrant herbs; the YY Fresh Avocado Spring Roll wrapped in ultra-springy rice skin; and a refreshing Papaya Salad with Shrimp and Chicken, delicately dressed with a tangy chili-laced vinaigrette.

Iconic Mains with a Modern Lens

Signature mains showcase Hanoi’s beloved dishes elevated for the Singapore table. Highlights include the YY A5 Wagyu Beef Phở with a rich, clear broth and handmade flat noodles flown in from Vietnam, and the Bún Chả ‘Obama’, a nod to the famed meal shared by Barack Obama and Anthony Bourdain in 2016, presented here with a refined twist.

Also featured is the French-Vietnamese Steak “Rue de Hà Nội”, pan-seared ribeye finished with red wine reduction and herbs, and a contemporary Grilled Pork Bánh Mì filled with smoky pork belly, pâté, and house-pickled vegetables.

Desserts that Soothe and Surprise

For a sweet ending, diners can enjoy an Avocado Smoothie layered with coconut mousse and toasted flakes, or Chè Hanoi, a gentle, coconut milk-based dessert with tropical fruits and palm sugar.

Vietnam’s Coffee Heritage, Reimagined

Coffee lovers will delight in YENNEY’s signature drinks made from beans sourced from Vietnam’s lush highlands. The menu includes the indulgent YY Salt Coffee with Coconut Milk, the frothy Cà Phê Trứng (Egg Coffee), and the bold Apricot Coffee. Rounding out the beverage programme are herbal infusions like Lemongrass Tea with Cheese Agar and Iced Mango Lemonade Tea.
