If there’s ever a perfect excuse to slow down and savour Singapore’s culinary heritage, this is it. In celebration of SG60, Pullman Singapore Hill Street is presenting a first-of-its-kind afternoon tea collaboration between its contemporary dining venue Madison’s and homegrown favourite Mdm Ling Bakery. Aptly titled Afternoon Lingering Treats, this limited-time menu runs from 2 June to 31 July 2025, offering an artful meeting of nostalgic flavours and modern finesse—served with a dash of joy and a generous side of heritage.
Known for reimagining festive staples and childhood snacks, Mdm Ling Bakery steps into a sit-down format for the first time. The menu features a curated medley of savouries and sweets inspired by local tastes, expertly crafted to complement Madison’s upscale yet approachable setting. This collaboration is part of Pullman Singapore Hill Street’s ongoing tribute to Singapore’s 60th year of independence, spotlighting local brands that resonate with generations of Singaporeans.
Founded in 2017 by a team of millennial entrepreneurs, Mdm Ling Bakery has risen to become one of Singapore’s most beloved purveyors of festive joy. Known for innovative takes on traditional bakes and its beautifully designed packaging, the brand has earned recognition under the Singapore Tourism Board’s Made With Passion initiative.
This afternoon tea marks Mdm Ling’s transition from takeaway to tableside, offering loyal fans and curious foodies a new way to experience their creations. In June 2025, Mdm Ling Bakery will also unveil its first-ever permanent retail store at Jewel Changi Airport.
Begin your afternoon indulgence with a savoury spread that’s both whimsical and refined. Mdm Ling’s Mee Sua Kueh is served as elegant bite-sized parcels rich in umami, while the Salted Egg Yolk Bun surprises with a molten core that oozes nostalgia. Other highlights include:
The sweeter half of this afternoon affair reads like a love letter to childhood treats, reimagined with a patisserie’s touch. Start with a moist Mini Cempedak Cake and silky Chendol Panna Cotta layered with pandan jelly and drizzled in gula Melaka. Other creations include:
And of course, it wouldn’t be a true Mdm Ling experience without her signature cookies—Kopi Siew Dai, Pandan Pineapple, and Molten Chocolate—bringing the tasting journey full circle.
Each afternoon tea set includes premium brews from the Dilmah Silver Jubilee Collection and Nespresso coffee options. The experience is priced at S$88++ for two persons, served weekdays from 2pm to 5pm and on Saturdays in two seatings (2pm to 3.30pm, 4pm to 5.30pm).
Snap, tag and win—guests who post about their tea session and tag @madisonsonhill.sg, @pullmansghillstreet, and @mdmlingbakery on Instagram can redeem an 8-piece cookie gift pack at Mdm Ling Bakery’s upcoming retail store at Jewel Changi Airport. Early birds rejoice: the first 30 diners will also receive a limited-edition tote bag with cookies. One lucky guest stands a chance to win a 2D1N staycation at Pullman Singapore Hill Street and a S$100 voucher for MLB.
Afternoon Lingering Treats is available for a limited time only, from 2 June to 31 July 2025, exclusively at Madison’s in Pullman Singapore Hill Street. Whether you’re commemorating SG60, treating your bestie to a mid-week indulgence, or simply rediscovering what makes Singapore taste like home, this afternoon tea promises a uniquely local flavour with a global finish.
