This Mid-Autumn Festival, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore invites you to savour timeless traditions with a refined twist. From 7 July to 6 October 2025, its latest Fullerton Classics Mooncake Collection showcases an exquisite curation of low-sugar baked favourites, inventive snow skin flavours, and elegant keepsake boxes inspired by the hotel’s storied architecture. Crafted by Chinese Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng of Jade, this year’s mooncakes embrace heritage and innovation in equal measure—designed for indulgence, gift-giving, and heartfelt reunions under the moonlight.
The baked collection features four low-sugar favourites, including the debut of a Low Sugar Mung Bean with Custard Baked Mooncake—a golden custard core nestled within smooth mung bean paste, offering an earthy, savoury-sweet bite. Returning favourites include the Low Sugar White Lotus Seed Paste with Single and Double Yolks, and the Premium Mixed Nuts Baked Mooncake, a Cantonese-style classic rich with nutty, sweet-savoury flavour.
These traditional mooncakes are presented in pastel-toned drawer boxes featuring the Fullerton Building’s iconic gold façade framed by blooming peonies—symbols of prosperity and celebration.
Back by popular demand, the Fullerton Baked Classics Letterbox (S$68 nett) contains two signature baked mooncakes housed in a miniature tin version of the red pillar post box—a subtle nod to the hotel’s heritage as Singapore’s former General Post Office. Elegant and reusable, it’s a charming way to “deliver” your Mid-Autumn wishes with thoughtfulness and flair.
Playful yet refined, Chef Leong’s new mini snow skin mooncakes add a whimsical touch to the season. The Cream Cheese Mini Snow Skin Mooncake pays homage to cheesecake, while the Chocolate Chip Mini Snow Skin Mooncake recalls the joy of a childhood treat—both presented in a reusable tingkat carrier adorned with festive florals (S$98 nett for eight pieces).
The pinnacle of the collection is the Jade 15 Treasures Premium Gift Set (S$218 nett)—a showstopping round box styled after the full moon, debossed with Fullerton’s neoclassical façade and festive peonies. Inside lies a large baked mooncake filled with white lotus paste and eight yolks, encircled by 14 mini baked mooncakes in exquisite flavours like osmanthus, jasmine, coffee, rose, pandan, almond and more.
Each mini mooncake bears an emblem of joy, longevity, or prosperity—a celestial hare, citron fruit or firefly—making this the perfect centrepiece for treasured gatherings.
Whether gifted to loved ones, clients, or enjoyed at home beneath the lanterns, The Fullerton Hotel mooncake 2025 captures the warmth and elegance of Mid-Autumn with heritage charm and a creative heart. This is more than a festive treat—it’s a story of flavour, design and tradition, beautifully retold with every bite.
