Available for a limited two-month period, from 1 June to 31 July 2024, this culinary showcase celebrates the bounty of the ocean and promises to inspire and delight diners with dishes that feature the finest MSC certified Live Maine Lobster, each elevated through Eden Restaurant’s modern Asian lens.

Savour Eden Restaurant’s curated lobster tasting menu, featuring a journey through exquisite lobster dishes paired with fine wines, or explore creative pairings with signature cocktails and craft beers, handpicked to complement the rich flavours of this ocean delicacy.

Singapore Style Chilli Lobster Linguini 

A modern twist on the iconic Singapore Chilli Crab, this dish features succulent Boston Lobster immersed in Eden Restaurant’s house-made signature chilli crab sauce and served over al dente linguine, creating a harmonious blend of spice and sweetness. Topping it off is a meticulously prepared sous-vide egg, a quintessential element in traditional Singaporean chilli crab, adding a rich, creamy texture to balance the robust flavours of the sauce. Prices are $48++ for half a lobster and $78++ for a whole lobster.

Teppanyaki Boston Lobster with Furikake Butter & Garlic Egg Fried Rice

Guests are invited to immerse themselves in the art of teppanyaki with expertly grilled lobster on an iron griddle, imparting a delightful smoky aroma. Paired perfectly with Eden Restaurant’s homemade Furikake Butter, inspired by the rich flavours of Japanese cuisine and crafted from the finest ingredients, it adds a rich umami flavour to the dish. Accompanied by garlic egg fried rice, a staple in teppanyaki menus for its savoury, aromatic complement to grilled dishes, this presentation offers a complete and flavourful journey into Japanese culinary traditions. “Shaoxing Wine” Boston Lobster, Lala & Mussel Pot

Crafted for sharing and reflecting the ethos of Eden Restaurant, this dish features MSC- certified Boston lobster delicately infused with Chinese rice wine, Asian herbs, garlic, and a hint of citrus, creating an aromatic depth that complements the natural sweetness of the lobster and the seafood pot. Served with freshly grilled sourdough, ideal for dipping into the flavourful sauce, alongside a fresh kale salad and house fries. Prices are $128++ for one lobster and $168++ for two lobsters.
