Everyone’s most loved social occasion, Sunday brunch, will be given a whole dose of opulence with the launch of the Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet at Estate, the residential all-day dining restaurant of Hilton Singapore Orchard. Redefining what it means to indulge, the Sunday brunch affair delivers a mouth-watering array of epicurean delights inspired by flavours from around the world, classic brunch favourites, premium ingredients of the freshest quality, free-flowing bubblies and vinos, and engaging activities that guarantee endless fun for the whole family.

On the day of rest, escape from the hubbub of the city and step into the impeccably designed interiors of Estate, an expansive 345-seater restaurant inspired by a fictional colonial estate in the Orchard Road of yesteryears. Boasting photogenic elements like a colonial-inspired modern colonnade and bustling residential-style open kitchens, Estate is sectioned into smaller, carved-out spaces for intimacy while diners (especially the kiddos) still have ample space to roam.

Estate Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet – Buffet Of Epic Proportions

To mark the start of the weekly Sunday brunch affair, the stellar buffet line-up is nothing less than show-stopping – the restaurant’s biggest buffet selection yet. Amongst the host of alluring choices are comforting classic brunch favourites that diners know and love, from the Classic Beef Wellington with black truffle sauce to Maine Lobster Thermidor with brandy cream sauce.

Specially for brunch, diners can look forward to one of the city’s largest cheese offerings available on a hotel buffet, with 32 types of cheeses including soft, hard, and blue from Janier, an acclaimed five-generation French purveyor of fine cheese. On display is a variety of premium cheeses like 16-month Comté, Tomme de Savoie Fermière, Roquefort, and Bleu d’Auvergne.

From the cold cut section, feast on an array of the finest cuts of smoked and cured fishes and charcuterie, like salmon gravlax, smoked snowfish, prosciutto di Parma, Iberico ham, and a mouth-watering 25kg Mortadella ham that will be sliced à la minute.

Diners can also indulge in other exquisite delicacies including:
