Celebrate the Year of the Dog in style at Me@OUE, Singapore’s only restaurant serving up Japanese, French and Chinese cuisines. The restaurant invites your family, friends and colleagues, to toss to good fortunes with Me@UOE Lunar New Year Dinner Menu. The signature Me@OUE Lo Hei will be prepared fresh each day. While retaining the traditional ingredients, the chef also adds in fresh Salmon Trout Sashimi, Hokkigai (Surf Clam) and Hokkaido Ikura topped with shavings of Black Winter Truffles to elevate the taste and experience. The Me@OUE Yu Sheng is available till 3rd March at S$98++ for up to 4 pax and S$188++ for up to 8pax.

Me@OUE Lunar New Year Dinner – Six-Course Lunar New Year Chef’s Tasting Menu

From now till the 3rd of March, Chef Sam has created a special menu to bask in the Lunar New Year festivities, perfect for diners hosting clients. The kitchen’s elegance and personality is reflected in the selection featuring dishes from all three of its kitchens – Japanese, French and Chinese.

Highlights from the Chinese kitchen include mains such as the Treasure Pouch (braised oyster & fish maw soup, black moss, bean curd skin with vibrant Chinese mustard green), the Imperial Lobster (spiny rock lobster, topped with crispy spiced garlic)

and New Zealand Abalone (with superior soy braised chicken, flower mushroom and Jinhua ham and asparagus).

The Osmanthus Crystal Jelly with spiced kumquat, golden pineapples and mandarin orange coulis is the perfect end to this decadent festive dinner!

The six-course menu with the Amuse Bouche and Petit Fours is priced at $128++. Wine pairing for additional $68++ is also available.
