In the spirit of being unconventional, all diners will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Swag, a festive concoction made using Eight Treasure Herbs, Wild Berries and topped with Salted Egg Cadillac Foam. Meat lovers can also look forward to a dedicated carvery station where one can indulge in the Roasted Pork Knuckle or Slow Roasted Boneless Beef Short-Ribs.

Nobody leaves without exploring LIME’s renowned selections of desserts, most notably the Orange Chocolate Fondue Fountain, beaming in hues of bright orange, and the Mandarin Orange Cheesecake which features a delicate balance of citrus flavours married with a smooth, creamy cheesecake base. Other must-try treats include the Eight Treasure Cake, the Nonya cult favourite Durian Pengat, and Pan Fried Nian Gao.
