To celebrate the most wonderful time of the year, Burger & Lobster presents a thoughtfully curated Christmas spread in partnership with Champagne Telmont. In addition to bubbly creations, a medley of festive specials and set menus are available at Burger & Lobster restaurants at Raffles Hotel and Changi Jewel Airport.
Get ready for a fizz-flowing, champagne-popping experience. Burger & Lobster’s culinary team has teamed up with Telmont to curate the Champagne Lobster Roll ($44++), using the finest Champagne Telmont. Available throughout the month of December, this is a bubbly twist on the popular classic Lobster Roll, served with a Champagne Telmont-infused butter sauce and topped with caviar for extra decadence. Enjoy your decadent roll washed down with Champagne Telmont Réserve Brut ($25++/glass or $120++/bottle) or go for a pink with the Champagne Réserve Rosé ($120++/bottle).
An exclusive treat at Raffles Hotel on 24th, 25th, 31st December and 1st January 2023, diners can start their three-course Xmas & New Year Set Menu ($85++) with a Butternut Squash Lobster Bisque with garlic toast to soak up all the flavour, followed by sampling of all-time favourites with the B&L Signature Tasting Platter. This platter features a mini Mayfair Burger and mini Lobster Roll, a half lobster either grilled or steamed, alongside a choice of fries or salad and Burger & Lobster’s signature lemon and garlic butter.
Dessert is a comforting Homemade Bread & Butter Pudding, baked with nuts and black raisins and served with vanilla cream and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce.
The bartending maestros at B&L Raffles Hotel have worked on some mixology magic just for the holidays. Made with Black Tears Spices Rum, Salted Caramel, Champagne Telmont and Citrus, Letter to Santa ($22++) is a nutty, sweet and refreshing beverage for both the naughty and nice. Putting a spin on the customary Christmas poultry, the B&L Eggnog ($22++) is a dulcet, creamy and delectable tipple infused with Wild Turkey Straight Bourbon, Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac, Butterscotch, Milk and Cream.
Have yourself a merry Christmas with the return of Burger & Lobster’s hugely popular Lobster Tail Lollipops ($25++). Available exclusively at Jewel Changi Airport, these lavish lollipops are made from steamed Nova Scotia lobster tails. Diners can pick from a plethora of flavours, such as Paprika Butter (smoked and mildly spiced infused butter), Seaweed Butter (umami-rich infused seaweed butter), Mala Butter (mild spicy infused butter), Honey Soy Mayonnaise (sweet and savoury mayonnaise) and Cilantro Lime Mayonnaise (Lobster tail lollipop served alongside refreshing and zesty mayonnaise). There is also a bundle deal ($45++) for two lollipops to enjoy a choice of any two flavours.
The Lobster Tail Platters are not to be missed and come in two options: Solo Platter ($42++) for two steamed lobster tails accompanied by Burger & Lobster’s signature lemon and garlic butter, and the Sharing Platter ($82++) for four lobster tails. Guests can choose to add on fries and salad at $8++.
The perfect accompaniment to wash down Lobster Tail Lollipops with, Burger & Lobster is launching a Champagne Telmont promotion. Diners may purchase the Champagne Réserve Brut ($100++/bottle), Champagne Réserve Rosé ($160++/bottle) and Telmont Combo of 1 Brut and 1 Rosé($250++) for a bubbly Christmas affair while overlooking the world’s tallest indoor waterfall at Jewel Changi Airport.
