Centred on sustainability and pursuing prime freshness through sourcing local produce, witness a vibrant array of seafood, fiery grills, and glowing embers in the signature Beech oven as the restaurant innovates at the forefront of the latest food trends, interweaving global influences with a uniquely local insider touch.
W Singapore’s the kitchen table restaurant derives its name from the homey hideaway, the heartbeat of every household, a place to gather and reconnect over a good hearty meal. It is where we welcome old friends and host new ones, where fond memories are made between friends and family from all generations. When time is spent here, it is a natural, comfortable and familiar get-together, unplugged from the digital world and an invitation to immerse yourselves in the clashing natures embedded in the design of the restaurant, a brainchild of the renowned design house Hassell.
Start the day your way and satiate your morning appetite with our Fuel Up options – signature Poke Poke Bowl or opt for an early Detox Retox Repeat with an alcohol-infused Mint Pomegranate & Fruit Salad. Visit the west with us when you try the W Signature French Toast or W Signature Eggs Benedict, or stick to your familiar local favourites – Assorted Dim Sum Basket or a piping hot bowl of Wanton Soup. Presenting a new menu featuring a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan-friendly options such as our W Super Salad and a Deconstructed Sushi Bowl, soak in Sentosa Cove’s marina views on the alfresco terrace whilst dining guilt-free. With an abundance of light flowing seamlessly through the floor-to-ceiling windows into the restaurant, choose to dine indoors in comfort whilst slicing into our Oven Roasted Whole Seabass or a Braised Lamb Shank.
