Alternatively, relish the sweet and spicy flavour of the flamed grilled Sambal Glazed Lobster served with garlic toast, which is priced at $37 for a half lobster and $67 for a whole lobster.

Toast to the month-long celebration with a glass of Bandung inspired Gin-pura National Day Cocktail, made with rose syrup, condensed milk, Singapore distillery stolen rose gin, cream, citrus and egg.  The delicious cocktail is priced at $12++ from 11am to 5.30pm and $16++ from 6pm onwards.
