At the residential all-day dining buffet restaurant Estate, seafood aficionados can look forward to the return of the highly popular Lobster, Crab and Seafood buffet which will run from 10 to 14 February. Savour Estate’s signature variety of elevated regional and international flavours in addition to an enticing display of fresh and premium oceanic delights like Maine Lobster, Snow Crab Legs and freshly shucked oysters.
You can also relish your favourite crustaceans with savoury dishes like the Crab Rillette with Avocado, sink your teeth into a warm Lobster Thermidor, or feast on local delights including the local’s all-time favourite Singapore-style Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab, Kam Heong-style Crab and not forgetting the Steamed Flower Crab Noodle with Fresh Herbs and Aged Wine.
Valentine’s Day is incomplete without an irresistible spread of sweet treats. Seasonal sweets will also be available, including a boozy Cherry Champagne Pudding, a fruity-floral Grapefruit Rose Ispahan Cake, a decadent Triple Fermented Chocolate Cake and more.
Estate Valentine’s Lobster, Crab and Seafood Buffet Dinner
Surprise the significant other on Valentine’s Day with exquisite spices and flora-themed afternoon tea experience at the hotel’s botanical-inspired bar and lounge. The perfect date spot for those in pursuit of a classy and intimate tête-à-tête over flutes of champagne, handcrafted sweets, gourmet savouries and artisanal teas.
Delight in delicious morsels of savoury treats like Mini Lobster Roll, Iberico Ham Crostini and Apple Wood Smoked Beef Burger. The quintessential English scones are given a twist with Vanilla Madagascar & Speculoos Cookie, followed by dainty sweets like Pink Peppercorn Cherry Macarons and Almond Fig Tarts.
Couples will also be treated to a special Ice Cream Wrap dessert – an elevated twist on a local favourite with grated caramelised peanut, coriander, yam, coconut and red bean ice cream.

As day transforms into night, Ginger.Lily presents a four-course dinner exclusive on Valentine’s Day only for epicurious couples to take their dates up a notch. Curated by Director of Culinary Vijayakant Shanmugam, the menu is paired with specially curated botanical-forward cocktails courtesy of Ginger.Lily’s Head Mixologist Michael Mendoza.
Inspired by Chef Vijay’s travels and fondness of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, the menu presents seafood delicacies with a marriage of Asian and Latin American flavours. Highlights include a decadent amuse bouche of A5 Miyazaki Beef Tartare with Sea Urchin and Miso-Glazed Toothfish with Maine Lobster, aji-amarillo aioli and chimichurri sauce, as well as craft cocktails from Ginger.Lily’s Bloom menu such as Seashell, a delicious twist on the classic gin and tonic with notes of cucumber and lychee lemon grass.

Presented in a stylish pink gift box, Ginger.Lily’s collection of Valentine’s Day confections, masterfully crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Cindy Khoo, are perfect for gifting on this day of love.
Available from 5 to 14 February, order the exclusive Valentine’s Pralines ($4+ per piece), with a selection of flavours including a fruity and floral Lychee Rose Pâte de Fruit, a sweet Caramel Cherries Pâte à Choux, and the rich chocolate goodness of the Oabika Citrus Praline. Guests can also order the Pomegranate Tea Blossom Cake ($85+ for 1kg), a beautiful floral confectionary that is perfect for sharing the love around.

The rustic and cosy interior of celebrity chef Nancy Silverton’s Osteria Mozza sets the mood for a romantic dinner for two in Mozza’s signature sharing style, paired with an exquisite selection of wines from well-known regions of Italy, featuring Bastianich labels.
Highlights of the menu for two include Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallops with a cauliflower purée and a caper raisin dressing, a delectable Spaghetti Fruitti di Mare made with lobster, cuttlefish, prawns and clams, and the Striploin Diane cooked with pancetta, apple brandy and fried rosemary.
