Park Hotel Farrer Park Opens With First-of-its-kind Duplex Loft Studios

With impressive design credentials and a prime location in the heart of Farrer Park, Park Hotel Farrer Park, the upscale hotel developed by RB Capital Group, opens its doors to guests in July 2017. The 20-storey hotel, which is centrally situated above Farrer Park MRT station, boasts 300 elegantly furnished guestrooms across five room categories – to suit both business and family travellers. These include Park Hotel Farrer Park’s stunning duplex loft layouts, which are the first of their kind in the district.

Bringing modern comforts to one of Singapore’s most vibrant enclaves, this iconic new landmark features three distinct dining options and a scenic pool deck, offering the perfect respite from the bustling city below.

Designed by award-winning RSP Architects and interior design agency FBEYE International, the modern hotel has been tastefully created with natural woods, earthy shades and opulent marble. Stepping into the lobby, guests are greeted with a large open-plan reception area with high ceilings and sleek furniture. This lustrous look is prevalent throughout the hotel areas and guest rooms. In recognition of the hotel’s effort to introduce sustainable strategies, Park Hotel Farrer Park has also been rated BCA Green Mark Gold Plus by the Building & Construction Authority.

Guestrooms comprise of Superior, Deluxe and Crystal Club categories, as well as the unique duplex Sky Lofts and Premier Lofts, which offer the perfect city base for families, couples and extended business travel. The well-appointed rooms, which feature floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the city skyline, include lavish touches like luxurious paraben-free APPELLES toiletries. Guests will also have access to the 24-hour fitness centre.

Surrounding the pool deck is the modern American-style gastrobar, The Burger Company, which is scheduled to open soon.  The Burger Company will serve a host of craft beers and the ultimate combination of comfort food, from well-stacked burgers to spicy wings. An interactive Do-It-Yourself pantry, with a range of sauces and salads, will also be available for guests to mix and match their burger. With stunning views overlooking Singapore’s lush greenery, the Burger Company and its sprawling pool deck is the ideal space for private parties and functions.

For those on the go, The Coffee Belt, which is located within the hotel lobby, offers guests and those working in the area speciality coffee from local roaster, Tiong Hoe, alongside artisanal teas.
