Chinese Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng’s newest creation, the Ginseng Chicken Rice Dumpling (人参鸡肉粽, S$22 nett), conveys one’s well wishes for vitality and good health during this meaningful occasion — Korean ginseng imparts a distinctive herbal fragrance to a succulent filling of kampong chicken, black chicken, black mushroom, lotus seed, dried scallop, fresh pork fat, mung bean and Chinese ham.
For those seeking a healthier and no less flavourful experience, Jade’s vegetarian Truffle and Trio Mushroom Five-grain Rice Dumpling (松露三菇五谷素粽, S$16 nett) returns for its second year. This aromatic creation consists of five-grain glutinous rice, truffle paste, fresh king oyster mushroom, fresh shiitake mushroom, arisaema tubes fungus, chestnut and plant-based meat.
Perfect for sharing, Jade’s best-selling Traditional Hong Kong-style Abalone Treasures Rice Dumpling (港式鲍鱼裹蒸粽, S$58 nett) is a sumptuous parcel of premium ingredients: two pieces of South African Ten-head abalone, roasted duck, roasted pork belly, dried scallop, lotus seed, salted egg yolk, black mushroom, mung bean, dried shrimp, fresh pork fat and chestnut.
